Vincent Prinzi is not an ordinary businessman. He is an accomplished musician, has written two books and lives by a set of values, which he imparts to the stylists working for him at Stars Di Prinzi in Warrington. He says, “Being a good hair stylist is not only about styling hair. There are a thousand people in Bucks County that can style hair. But what makes youa better stylist is when they truly and sincerely work and live with the same values. And they work with passion and commitment and love what they do. That’s when people know you are different than the other guy.” Two books about this, one published last year, called Breakthrough Journey and another ready to come out at the end of the year. In these delightful books he describes what he teaches his staff at Stars Di Prinzi. His goal is not getting rich but performing a service that is transformative, done with a big difference.
