Chef Mia Emerson began her stellar career in Philadelphia. For eight years she worked in the heart of Beverly Hills and Hollywood with countless celebrities, politicians and movie studios on events ranging from movie premieres and birthday parties, to political conventions and non-profit fundraisers. Mia found herself living all over the world—from Italy, Southern Georgia and eventually, to the gorgeous island of Oahu, prior to reaching her final destination in New Jersey. In New Jersey Mia and an incredible team of amazing people developed 15 Landsdowne as a successful, full-service, gourmet catering and event production company. With her amazing team of talented chefs and event staff both in New Jersey and Philadelphia, along with some of the area's most incredible artisans and purveyors, Mia and 15 Landsdowne can make almost any food or event desire a reality.
